House Rules

• Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
• You are expected to leave the kitchen clean (wash, dry, and put away dishes). Also wipe down all counters and stove.
• Leave laundry washed, dried & put away. (Leave sheet sets folded on the beds to which they belong.
• Before you leave SHUT OFF HEAT and electrical.
  
  Cleaning services will do the following:
• Vacuum
• Dust
• Use disinfectant on sinks, tubs & toilets.
• Leaving the house ready for the next vacationer
• SMOKING AND PETS are NOT allowed in our homes

• All Linens
• Washer & Dryer
• Cable Color TV
• VCR
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Dishwasher
• Microwave
• Fireplace &/or Woodstove
• Games
• Telephone
• Barbecue
